I love these containers, the lids fit perfectly. They are the perfect square shape that fit in my husbands lunch box perfectly. They hold about the right amount of lunch for him to eat. They are a heavier plastic that is not flimsy when you heat it in the microwave. I prepare lunches ahead for my husband lunches and freeze them. We bought Martha Stewart containers and none of the lids fit when we got them home. We would get three sides on and couldn't get the lid on to close them. We were really disappointed with her brand. Then we bought some other brand and they were so flimsey that when my husband heated anything in the microwave with them they almost collapsed. Bravo, Rubbermaid.

These are a great size of container. A bag of flour is around 11 cups, but I don't use these for flour. I use these for items that I buy in bulk. I have grits in one, and popcorn kernels in another. I have many of these, and this is my favorite size so far. They also stack great. I have a few different sizes for my pantry, so you can mix them up to fit the most amount of products in one place. At wal-mart, they have these for under 6 dollars, and the larger ones (16 c.) for about the same price.

I own just about every one of the lock and lock products made. These are the best you can buy. I make home made ice cream and freeze it in the lock and lock and a month later it is still as fresh as it was the day I put it in the freezer. I store bread in the lock and lock and you can keep it for a week and it is still fresh. It saves you money because you are not throwing away a half a loaf a week because it has gotten to old. I will purchase more to freeze fish and meat in. They work excellent.

These are really great storage containers. The lids are different than typical containers, which is one reason why I like them. With these containers there's no chance of the lid not fitting securely. They are also safe to use in the freezer, dishwasher and microwave. My husband bought me this set so that we could toss out our mis-matched set. FreshVac containers are attractive which makes the food stored in them that much more appealing. FreshVac delivers as promised. Food kept in them stays fresh longer. This includes fresh fruits, salads, vegetables and homemade goodies. I marinate meat in the larger container and this seems to help the marinade seep into the meat better too.

The Bormioli Frigoverre Square Glass Storage containers are absolutely fantastic. We have the square and circle sets, and use them on a daily basis for food storage. We love the products so much that we've gifted them to friends and family members. The heavy-duty glass is very durable. We've gone from freezer to microwave without a problem. The plastic lids make a great seal, and pasta sauce has not caused permanent stains like it does to other storage medium. Due to the different sizes, we can store them in a tight space in the cabinet when they are not being used. Excellent design. Excellent product!

The quality of these containers is very good; the glass nice and heavy and the lids fit very well. What wasn't apparent to me from the picture was that the lids have large tabs that snap down on all four sides, a very nice feature. 

These aren't the hugest of containers (I have their larger set, which is also great.) but they are perfect for small amounts of leftovers, and what my husband likes best, for making and keeping tuna salad (regular size cans). I've taken to not putting plastic lids from any of my glass storage bowls in the dishwasher since my Pyrex lids started to disintegrate from that environment; that did take awhile, but replacement lids are hard to come by so I'm not taking a chance with these. 

Another feature I like about these is that they are square and take up less space in the fridge. They don't stack into each other in the cupboard well, but given everything that I like about them, that is easily overlooked. Highly recommended!

I love these containers. I filled one of the smaller ones with jelly beans and gave it for a house gift and the recipient was thrilled.
